Composer David De Palo offers private or small group lessons in Classical Guitar, Composition, and Film Scoring on Mondays only. Beginner to advanced.
lessons involve creating and recording short compositions with the instruments available in the studio. Students overdub their own tracks, creating complex textures far beyond what they would normally be able to notate (but they will be able to notate them later on). They glean the basics of recording and digital audio editing as an added bonus.
Students can bring their own movies to score if so inclined.
No prior musical training needed.
Every lesson is recorded (both visually and aurally) so each student takes home a DVD (or CD if they prefer) of their composition.

MONDAY IS PRIVATE LESSON DAY (& small groups, too)
Private lessons: $40.00 per 1/2 hour (25 min) -- $70.00 per hour (55 min).
Groups of 2-4 (per student): $20.00 per 1/2 hour -- $30.00 per hour.
Groups of 5 or more (per student): $15.00 each per hour.
